Jordan Nathaniel Fenster writes, “His inclusion on the DLCC’s list is based on the Institute for Research and Education on Human Rights’ register of legislators. Dubitsky is said be a member of a ‘STOP THE STEAL #Election2020’ Facebook group. Though Dubitsky is one of 16 legislators on the institute’s register, he is the only one included on the DLCC’s list of ‘threats to democracy.’”
