On March 28, 2013, SisterSong Women of Color Reproductive Justice Collective conducted a webinar entitled “Women of Color, Our Vote, and the Threat Imposed by Those Who Love to Hate Us.” About 90 women signed up to attend.  Devin Burghart and Leonard Zeskind both presented from IREHR along with Liz Chen from Center for American Progress and Monica Simpson from SisterSong.  The webinar received high marks from the participants.

 

Devin Burghart

is president and executive director of IREHR. He has researched, written, and organized on virtually all facets of contemporary white nationalism since 1992, and is internationally recognized for this effort. Devin is frequently quoted as an expert by print, broadcast, and online media outlets. In 2007, he was awarded a Petra Foundation fellowship.
