Elections in Europe’s poorest country, Moldova, at the end of July have brought changes to the political landscape and deepened the turmoil present since the heavily disputed re-election of a Communist government on April 5 was met with widespread rioting by pro-Romanian hooligans in the capital Chisinau, reports a Searchlight special corresponent in Chisinau.
